FAMOT Pleszew: New Components Assembly Center for Machine Tool Manufacturer

FAMOT's new building in Pleszew is the next stage of expansion for the Polish manufacturer, which will increase the production capacity of the machine tool factory in response to the growing needs of plants belonging to the DMG MORI group. The new Components Assembly Center will produce mechanical components and assembly groups at a rate of 2,500 units per year, with the possibility of increasing production to 3,500 units per year. In addition, the hall will be used to produce electrical cabinets with the necessary equipment in a quantity of up to 1,500 units per year. The new building is characterized by the highest level of energy efficiency. There is a 400 KW photovoltaic system on the roof, which reduces energy consumption by 26%. The building is also equipped with air conditioning to maintain temperature stability.
