On-machine scanning using SPRINT™ technology – Adaptive machining

Accurately machining near net components, such as castings or printed parts, can be challenging and time consuming, due to form and part-to-part variation. The Adaptive Cut Toolkit with SPRINT™ technology can rapidly scan the true form of a part, automatically generate a new cutting toolpath that matches the real shape, and instantly upload it to the machine.
