Applying the accuracy enhancement with secondary encoders and extended laser calibration grants best results for Through Transmission Inspection applying Squirter Technique, keeping highest inspection speed of up to 2.000 mm/s. Both Robots (including the X-Axes) are calibrated in the same coordinate system using advanced high order mathematical cycles. The open architecture of the CNC controller grants unique flexibility in adding active tools or additional positioning axes. The component is inspected in through transmission applying Squirter technique or Phased Array Contact Technology Interfaces to standard CAD systems (CATIA V5/STEP/IGES) facilitate time-saving and cost-effective creation of complex inspection programs.
