DIMAP Curing Stage

PROFACTOR developed within the EC-funded project DIMAP a lab tool to precisely tune curing and sintering conditions for thin layers. Intended to simulate upscale fabrication conditions, it consists of a mixture of UV, IR and Xenon light sources.
