The S2 is the perfect 2-in-1 solution for fully automated and continuous cleaning and surface finishing of part batches from powder-based printing processes in 24/7 operation. Parts enter the S2 as complete print jobs, with the entire remaining process fully automated. The key to effective post processing is an optimized shot blasting process. Our advanced technology ensures that parts remain in the system for a consistent duration, resulting in a reproducible surface finish. After shot blasting, our innovative rotary screen drum guarantees maximum cleaning performance. The use of conveyor screws and extraction enable the sustainable reuse of media. This closed-loop cycle not only ensures an economical blasting process and conserves resources, but also contributes to a perfect workpiece surface. A further unique feature is the PU continuous loop belt, which provides gentle handling of workpieces and uniform blasting of parts, delivering consistently high-quality results.
