20 inch 3D printed wheel - Builder 3D Printers

This 20 inch wheel, designed by UK based 6sixty Design, has been printed on the Builder Extreme 1000 PRO. The wheel was printed with our standard FFF profile in Simplify3D for a 0.4 mm nozzle. This video shows how easy support removal can be when using the right settings. The layer height of the wheel was 0.3 mm, the print time was 175 hours and 4,5 kg filament was used. The wheel was on display at Formnext 2019 and is now on display at our showroom.
