3D printing of a manifold - Builder Extreme 1000 3D printer

In this video we have been 3D printing a huge manifold on the Builder Extreme 1000 3D printer. For this print we used a 1.2 mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.9 mm. The print time of this object was 41 hours and was printed in red PLA. This video shows that using a bigger nozzle speeds up the printing process rapidly. Despite the large layer height, the finish is still very smooth.
