AMClad Process Used for Vacuum Forming

AMClad tooling is a fast, durable and affordable form of 3D printed tooling appropriate for a wide range of applications, including composite layup, vacuum forming, compression molds, urethane casting molds, trim fixtures, hydroforming, sheet metal stamping and more. AMClad starts by 3D printing low-cost sand on ExOne's large industrial binder jetting systems and then infiltrating and cladding the sand forms in proprietary coatings using a patented method.
