Smart Factory – ARBURG shows production in three „factories“

http://www.arburg.com - ARBURG uses the example of rocker-type light switches to illustrate the idea behind Industry 4.0 and the "smart factory". The various work processes take place at different times and in different locations, effectively in three different "factories". The first step was the moulding of the light switch and the application of a DM code prior to the Fakuma 2015. From this point onwards, the product itself becomes the data and information carrier, communicating with the machines, recording its own history and status and steering its own path through the process chain. Visitors to the ARBURG exhibition stand were allowed to personalise the moulded parts "live" and could later have them packaged to their individual design on the stand of partner FPT Robotik. The ARBURG host computer system (ALS), plays a central role in networking the autonomous stations. Smart Factory – ARBURG zeigt Fertigung in drei „Fabriken“ http://www.arburg.com – Am Beispiel Lichtschalter-Wippe veranschaulicht ARBURG die Idee von Industrie 4.0 und der „Smart Factory“. Die einzelnen Arbeitsschritte erfolgen zeitlich und räumlich getrennt, also quasi in drei „Fabriken“. Die Lichtschalter wurden im Vorfeld der Messe Fakuma 2015 spritzgegossen und ein DM-Code aufgebracht. Ab diesem Moment wird das Produkt selbst zum Daten- und Informationsträger. Auf dem ARBURG Messestand konnten Besucher die Spritzteile „live“ individualisieren und zu einem beliebigen Zeitpunkt später am Stand des Partners FPT Robotik individuell verpacken lassen. Zentrale Bedeutung kam dem ARBURG Leitrechnersystem (ALS) zu, das die autarken Stationen vernetzte.
