S2 POST PROCESSING SYSTEM - Fully automated cleaning with max media throughput for series production

The S2 is the perfect 2-in-1 solution for fully automated and continuous cleaning and surface finishing of part batches from powder-based printing processes in 24/7 operation. Parts enter the S2 as complete print jobs, with the entire remaining process fully automated. The key to effective post processing is an optimized shot blasting process. Our advanced technology ensures that parts remain in the system for a consistent duration, resulting in a reproducible surface finish. After shot blasting, our innovative rotary screen drum guarantees maximum cleaning performance. The use of conveyor screws and extraction enable the sustainable reuse of media. This closed-loop cycle not only ensures an economical blasting process and conserves resources, but also contributes to a perfect workpiece surface. A further unique feature is the PU continuous loop belt, which provides gentle handling of workpieces and uniform blasting of parts, delivering consistently high-quality results. Features & benefits: • Maximum productivity through fully automated processing of one or more complete print jobs, independent of manufacturer, in 24/7 operation • Consistent blasting and gentle part handling ensured by a unique continuous loop belt. • Maximum media savings through efficient media preparation • Superior cleanliness achieved through the integrated rotary screen drum • Integrated process monitoring guarantees consistent, reproducible results at the highest level If you would like to find out more about our solutions, please contact our experts at: info@solutions-for-am.com

C1 Max POST PROCESSING SYSTEM - Efficient cleaning of large SLA parts without critical solvents

The C1 Max is a cutting-edge cleaning system designed specifically for the efficient and thorough cleaning of 3D printed polymer parts up to 750 x 750 x 550 mm (L x W x H). The process combines chemical, thermal, and mechanical actions to deliver a consistently uniform surface finish. Even complex and hard-to-reach areas are cleaned thoroughly and safely, while maintaining part integrity. Our specially developed processing medium works without the use of critical solvents such as IPA. An additional benefit: the manual removal of support structures is greatly simplified, further reducing post processing efforts. To provide maximum flexibility, multiple processing recipes can be stored. To ensure the highest and most consistent quality, the system is equipped with a fill-level sensor and an automatic refill system for the cleaning medium. The well-thought-out machine design allows for easy loading and unloading of the build platform and quick, seamless medium change through an integrated solution. Features & benefits: • Designed for large-scale parts up to 750 x 750 x 550 mm (l x w x h) • Enhanced cleaning due to a perfect combination of chemical, thermal and mechanical processes • Process allows much easier manual removal of support structures • Lower operating costs and improved surface quality • Enhanced process stability due to fill level monitoring and automatic dosing • No use of critical solvents like IPA • System automatically cleans used build platform making manual intervention unnecessary • Fast and easy medium change due to integrated solution • Ready to use for 3D Systems ProX 800 & SLA 750 with Accura Composite PIV, Accura Xtreme, etc. • Upgradeable for use with Stratasys Neo® 800 If you would like to find out more about our solutions, please contact our experts at: info@solutions-for-am.com

C1 POST PROCESSING SYSTEM - Fully automatic and efficient support / resin removal

The C1 system allows not only the fully automatic post processing of 3D printed polymer components but also the continuous monitoring of all process parameters. The standard system controls contain various processing programs for the removal of support structures / resin from different 3D printed components. However, the controls also allow the development of special processing programs and their storage in the PLC. The C1 is also equipped with a level sensor and a fully automatic media replenishment system. The support/resin removal process is based on chemical, thermal and mechanical effects. The perfect interplay of these mechanisms ensures that the support material /resin from even the most delicate and tight areas is quickly removed in a safe and reliable manner without affecting the integrity of the components. Process parameters such as temperature, processing time and the saturation degree of the medium are collected by data loggers and stored in the system controls. This ensures quality control, consistency of the results and traceability in the field of additive manufacturing. Features & benefits: • Fully automatic removal of support structures / resin (e.g. Polyjet, SLA, etc.) • Special software package allows programming the entire process sequence • Level sensor with fully automatic replenishment of the processing media • Grating with a drainage area ensures a clean and safe operation • Continuous monitoring of the temperature and degree of saturation • Insertable screen allows easy removal of residual support material • Sturdy processing cabinet and removable work piece basket made from stainless steel • Option: Portable operator panel with WLAN connection • Simple and user-friendly unloading of the work pieces • Plug-and-play machine with PLC controller If you would like to find out more about our solutions, please contact our experts at: info@solutions-for-am.com
